Equality Objectives

At Rollesby Primary School with Nursery we strive to: 

  • continue to support the academic progress of boys to close the gender gap with girls’ achievement
  • ensure all school events are physically accessible to everyone, making sure communication supports their participation
  • support all children, and their families, with English as an Additional Language to access the curriculum and all aspects of school life
  • eliminate derogatory language from every aspect of school
  • continue to understand our families’ contexts better in order to support all children’s academic and social progress
