We follow the Norfolk Agreed Syllabus for our teaching of Religious Education. In RE the children acquire and develop knowledge and understanding of Christianity and other principle religions represented in Britain. They also develop an understanding of the influences of beliefs, values and traditions on individuals, communities, societies and cultures.

We promote the development of a positive attitude towards other people, respecting their right to hold beliefs different from their own and towards living in a society of diverse religions. We also aim to enhance spiritual, moral, social and cultural development through the teaching of RE.
