In Year one we have three classes. They are Seashells, Sealions and Starfish. In year one we continue to learn through play, although this will be more structured. Year one children will have lots of fun and learn in a variety of ways. Each class has an outdoor space and each week we go to forest schools. We encourage children to give everything ‘a go’ and believe it is essential that they develop a growth mindset to help tackle any challenges that lie ahead.
